Store policies.

Shipping & delivery

Processing: Most pieces are made to order. Allow 1 to 2 weeks to build, finish, and pack before it ships. Custom or larger orders may need more time; you’ll hear directly if there’s a delay.

Shipping: USPS within the United States, tracking on all orders. Cost is set at checkout by package dimensions, weight, and destination.

Transit: Typically 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Carrier-caused delays are outside our control.

International: Not currently available. Email to discuss possibilities.

Lost or damaged: Email within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll make it right.

Returns & refunds

Because nearly everything is made by hand to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake.

• Damaged in transit: contact within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging for a replacement or full refund.
• Our error (wrong item / finish doesn’t match): corrected at no charge.
• Custom orders: can’t be returned or refunded once production has started.
• Cancellations: full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, before work begins; after that, contact us to discuss options.

Privacy

• Collected: name, shipping address, email, and payment info when you order. Payment is processed by Stripe, which handles sensitive card details securely; the store doesn’t retain them.
• Use: only to process and ship your order and contact you about the purchase.
• Marketing: no promotional emails; if that ever changes it’s opt-in with unsubscribe.
• Sharing: only with our payment processor (Stripe) and shipping carriers (USPS). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• Rights: request access, correction, or deletion of your info any time by email.

Terms

• Handmade variation: slight variations in grain, finish, and dimension are a normal feature of handmade work.
• Pricing: prices in USD, may change without notice; we may cancel and refund for pricing errors or stock issues.
• Intellectual property: all designs, photos, and content are the property of 2nd Draft Co and may not be reproduced without permission.
